Shipping Policy

Worldwide shipping — we ship GafferGob gear to customers all over the world.

Processing & Delivery
Every item is made to order, so each one is printed just for you after you order. Your order will be made, dispatched and delivered within 6–12 business days. You'll get a tracking number by email as soon as it ships.

Tracking
Once your order's on its way, we'll send a tracking link so you can follow it to your door. Please allow a day or two for the first tracking scan to update.

Customs, Duties & Taxes
For international orders, any customs charges, import duties or taxes are set by your country and are the customer's responsibility. These aren't included in your order total and we've no control over them. Check your local import rules if you're unsure.

Delivery Address
Please make sure your shipping address is 100% correct at checkout. We can't be held responsible for orders sent to a wrong or incomplete address, and re-shipping may cost extra.

Delayed or Lost Parcels
Once your parcel's with the courier it's in their hands. If tracking stalls or your order hasn't turned up in the expected window, email us and we'll chase it up with the carrier for you.
